I sold before I built.

Before sales, I trained as an automotive mechanic. It left me with a habit: open things up to see how they work.

Then I spent more than ten years in sales and customer service, about seven of them in English: motorcycles, travel, tech support for US customers, retention and, today, B2B sales to restaurants. Every one of those jobs taught me the same thing. Owners don't care about technology. They care about selling more, losing less and getting their time back.

I've worked with AI since 2024. My first real build was the website for RB Soluciones, a metalwork shop in Restrepo, Meta. Then the Empire Essence store, the perfume business I run with my wife, and its inventory system, so we wouldn't pay for an outside one. That's where my current work for restaurants, shops and distributors came from.

I work with Claude Code and Codex as a team. I decide what gets built, for whom and within which limits. The agents research, write code and write tests. I review, decide and own the result. I learned the hard way that AI doesn't need more freedom. It needs clear rules.

In October 2026 I won the Claude Code Build Day in Bogotá and the harness challenge in Ricardo Celis' class. I'm proud of both, but what I guard most is something else: every case on this site tells the truth. If it's a demo, it says demo.
